Twitter Audience Building

Hello! I'm starting to use Twitter for audience building. I'd like to speak to an expert to help me map out a strategy. I have finance background, build a DTCP golf apparel brand on amazon and am now trying to rebuild and test other things. I'd like to use the audience eventually to build contacts, maybe do consulting, or use it as leads for physical product launches. I need help with strategy, voice, optimization etc. Thanks!
