HubSpot Help: Append Contact Data from Object-Based Form Submissions

We’ve built a HubSpot form tied to a custom object. A workflow creates new contact records from form submissions and the object data. The issue: when an existing contact submits the form again, the new product info overwrites the original submission instead of appending. We need someone with HubSpot expertise who can help us preserve and append product information on repeat form submissions—without overwriting prior data. Have you solved this before?
