Operations Account Manager Needed for Business Consulting Firm

Hello! Thanks for taking the time to check out our posting. We are a successful small business support firm. Our areas of speciality include VA services, operations management, technology consulting, coaching, process improvement, growth strategy, and marketing. We are growing quickly and need a new expert-level Account Manager to join our upbeat, collaborative team. We work 100% remotely but very closely together to provide our clients with the best possible service we can. The Account Manager must specialize in building relationships with clients, finding solutions to niche problems, and executing projects specifically pertaining to operations and marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for identifying all tasks that need to be completed within the campaign, then strategically working with team members to oversee client projects. They will be required to create and manage various assets of each campaign and collaborate with an array of professionals to deliver value on time, every time. Please start your cover letter with your own definition of scalability. This role will report directly to the Director of Operations, overseeing high-level strategy. We expect hours to be around 20+ per week to start as we ramp up and learn each other's skills. This will eventually become a full time role, aiming to meet your hour capacity with a combination of work from our team and external clients. A 40 hour capacity is ideal. Daytime availability is a must for this role. Responsibilities include: - Working closely with team members to facilitate operations and marketing campaigns, develop solutions, and execute strategy - Managing projects from beginning to end - Building relationships and communicating with clients - Learning the clients' issues and vision to create a scalable solution - Developing systems and operations to scale organizations - SOP development and documentation Requirements: - Minimum one year of experience in operations - Minimum one year of experience working with a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills - An eye for quality and detail and the ability to advocate strongly for clients - Team mindset - Keen problem solving ability
