MailChimp Automation Specialist

We are seeking a MailChimp Automation Specialist to set up and manage our brand-new MailChimp environment. This will include building out audiences, segments, emails, and automations for a service company. We provide services to both residential and commercial clients with multiple locations. The candidate will be responsible for segmenting and building audiences for each location so that each one has its own specific automations based on the products and services they offer. For residential clients, the setup is simple as they have a single service address, but for commercial clients, we have multiple service locations with multiple schedules. We need someone who can create a system that addresses these complexities. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up new MailChimp environments, manipulating data, segmenting customer lists, and building both simple and complex automations for lead nurturing and win-back campaigns. Experience working with service companies and their specific needs will be a big plus. In your bio, please include: - A service company you’ve worked with on a MailChimp campaign. - How you segmented their users and the types of journeys you built for them (e.g., lead nurturing, win-back campaigns, etc.).
