Monthly newsletter setup

We are starting a monthly newsletter to our clients and I would like to setup a template. We currently use Hubspot to send email marketing so it would make sense to setup this template in Hubspot. I would like to use this template every month to add articles (or a paragraph of an article and a link) and make it easy to insert some text, graphics and send out.
