Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Outreach Specialist to identify potential clients, initiate contact, and nurture leads through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or business development within the digital agency space, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers. - Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.). - Generate leads and schedule discovery calls with potential clients. - Build and maintain a sales pipeline through proactive communication. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies. - Manage CRM entries and update client interactions regularly. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
