Marketing Expert Needed to Grow NCLEX Prep Brand & Student Engagement
We are looking for a marketing expert to help grow a well-established NCLEX prep brand through strategic digital marketing, student engagement, and social media growth. The ideal candidate has experience in education, healthcare, or test prep marketing and can drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions across multiple platforms. Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and student enrollment. Manage and grow presence on Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other major social platforms. Create engaging video content, reels, email campaigns, and blog posts tailored for nursing students. Optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) for lead generation and conversions. Track, analyze, and report marketing performance, adjusting strategies for maximum impact. Identify influencer partnerships and community engagement opportunities. Improve SEO, website traffic, and content reach for organic growth. Requirements: Proven experience in social media marketing, content strategy, and paid ad campaigns. Strong understanding of student engagement, education marketing, and lead generation. Experience marketing on Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook is essential. Ability to create highly engaging, shareable content that resonates with nursing students. Self-motivated with a track record of driving audience growth and conversions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare, nursing education, or test prep marketing. Familiarity with NCLEX exam preparation and nursing student demographics. Ability to independently create and execute successful marketing strategies.
