We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join our team and lead our brand’s marketing strategy, growth, and engagement. This is a leadership role requiring someone with 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including experience as a CMO or head of marketing in a startup or high-growth company. About Us We are building an innovative social media platform that blends features from TikTok, Discord, and Instagram to create a more positive and engaging user experience. We need a marketing powerhouse to help us grow, launch campaigns, and build a strong community. What You’ll Do • Branding & Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact brand strategies. • Social Media & Community Growth: Build and manage our social media presence across platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.). • Launch & Growth Marketing: Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. • Content Creation & Design: Utilize Canva and other design tools to create visually compelling marketing materials. • Startup Launch Expertise: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches. • Paid & Organic Marketing: Manage social media ads, SEO, email marketing, and influencer collaborations. • Discord Management: Grow and engage our Discord community. • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns. Who You Are • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, branding, and strategy. • Proven track record as a CMO, Head of Marketing, or similar role. • Experience launching and scaling startups and brands from scratch. • Strong understanding of social media trends, digital ads, and content marketing. • Proficiency in Canva, social media design, and marketing tools. • Experience managing Discord communities is a huge plus. • Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics. • Growth hacking and viral marketing experience is a big plus.
