Seeking Freelance Project Manager / Ops Consultant to Train & Improve Team Member
I’m looking for an experienced Project Manager / Operations Consultant who can help train and improve a team member’s project management skills. She struggles with detail-oriented tasks, critical thinking, reporting, and proactive problem-solving. I need someone who can work with her over a 60-90 day period to refine her skills in: • Structuring project reports and client updates • Note-taking and summarizing key information • Proactively managing deadlines and tasks • Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams • General attention to detail and critical thinking This is a part-time, short-term coaching/training role, but if successful, it could lead to ongoing process improvement work. Ideal Candidate: ✅ Has worked in marketing, creative, or digital agencies ✅ Experience training or mentoring project managers, EAs, or admin-level staff ✅ Strong organizational and process-driven mindset ✅ Can provide a structured training framework to measure progress Please share relevant experience and your approach to training.
