We are an acupuncture franchise based in NYC and seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to help identify and collaborate with at least 10 micro-influencers on Instagram every month. The ideal candidate will be skilled in influencer outreach, negotiation, contract management, and content planning. Influencers must reside in the New York City area, as they will need to visit our clinics to experience our services and create authentic content. Responsibilities: 1 Identify and engage with micro-influencers (10K+ followers) in the NYC area with a good engagement rate. 2 Use tools to analyze influencer engagement rates, audience demographics, and follower authenticity. 3 Negotiate contracts and terms with influencers, ensuring all details are clearly agreed upon. 4 Coordinate and facilitate influencer visits to our acupuncture clinics. 5 Ensure timely and effective content delivery in line with agreed-upon contracts. 6 Maintain a record of influencer campaigns and results. 7 Track and report the success of influencer marketing efforts on a monthly basis. Requirements: 1 Proven experience in influencer marketing, particularly with Instagram. 2 Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., HypeAuditor, Social Blade) to evaluate engagement rates and follower authenticity. 3 Strong negotiation and contract management skills. 4 Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers. 5 Excellent communication and organizational skills. 6 Must be familiar with the New York City area and local influencer scene. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working with influencers in the health and wellness industry. Knowledge of acupuncture or similar wellness services is a plus. Location: Remote, but must be familiar with the NYC market and able to coordinate local influencer visits to our clinics. This is going to be a long-term project. We need it every month.
