Need Help Unfreezing Google Ads Account

I need help unfreezing a Google Ads account that was suspended. I appealed the suspension on February 27 but have not had any contact from Google regarding what is happening behind the scenes and am still unable to access the account. I need someone who has dealt with the appeal process previously who can successfully instruct me how to unsuspend this account.
