Overview: I’m looking for an experienced cold caller to help generate leads and set appointments for small businesses that need website development, SEO, and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, following a general script, and engaging in real conversations with business owners. What You’ll Be Doing: Calling small business owners (barbershops, restaurants, doctors, auto shops, etc.) Booking appointments for sales consultations (no hard selling) Tracking call results in a spreadsheet or CRM Following up with interested prospects as needed What I’m Looking For: Native English speaker with minimal accent (U.S. businesses prefer clear communication) Experience in cold calling, sales, or appointment setting Ability to handle objections and keep conversations natural Organized and able to log calls & follow-ups properly Confidence to speak with business owners directly Potential for long-term work if successful This role is performance-driven, and I need someone who can actually get business owners on the phone and interested.
