Client/Project Manager (Tech/Consulting) (10-20 hours/week)

Chrono Consulting Group is all about helping businesses streamline their operations through automation, integration, and data-driven strategies. We work with small-to-medium-sized businesses to optimize their processes, reduce manual work, and scale more effectively. We’re looking for a proactive Client/Project Manager to join our consulting team. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and our technical team, ensuring projects stay on track, timelines are hit, and client relationships are managed smoothly. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing emails, Zoom calls, and follow-ups. Translate client needs into actionable plans for the dev and automation teams. Create and manage project timelines, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met. Handle client communications, including status updates, deliverables, and issue management. Oversee the logistical side of projects, flagging potential problems before they arise. Manage light administrative tasks such as invoicing and scheduling. Build strong relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships. Create case studies and client success stories for marketing purposes. Requirements: Excellent communication and organization skills. Experience working in consulting, SaaS, or service-based businesses. Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Airtable, etc.). Tech-savvy enough to understand process flows, but no coding experience required. Bonus Points: Experience in automation, low-code platforms, or business optimization. Background working with small-to-medium-sized businesses.
