Technical Account Manager - Client facing

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial during the discovery phase of our client engagement process, where you will leverage your technical expertise and excellent communication skills to ensure that our solutions align perfectly with our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: - Participate actively in discovery/demo/onboarding calls and meetings with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services, explaining their benefits and customization options to clients. - Guide clients on day to basis with updates and communication, ensuring they understand each phase from inception to deployment. - Ask insightful and probing questions to uncover underlying client needs that our solutions can address. - Collaborate with production teams to relay client feedback and influence product improvements and innovations. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in all technical matters. - Prepare detailed documentation of client requirements and the proposed solutions to assist both clients and internal teams. - Ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables, mitigating risks and adjusting scope as needed. Required Experience: - 3+ years of working as account manager in services industry - Ability to be act dynamically based on client needs - Proactive behavior on followups and communication with client and internal meeting - Have strong understanding of either of these Marketing automation, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operation - Available in EST timezone
