Marketing Manager for Professional Tennis Event
**Job Description:** We are currently seeking a highly qualified Marketing Manager to oversee the daily marketing operations of a distinguished professional tennis event. The successful candidate will report to the Tournament Director and eventually assume responsibility for the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies in partnership with agency of record, coordinate the promotional collateral, and maintain marketing assets on file or to be created and to be responsive to the needs of the event. This role requires close collaboration with a range of stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the event and the achievement of our marketing objectives. A passion for sports, coupled with a robust background in event marketing, is ideal for success in this position. Over the first seven months, this contract position will be within a probationary period to assure the proper fit for both sides. Marketing experience is required but candidate but also possess willingness to take direction from supervisor in charge of the event and under the guidance of pre-established brands and requirements of the professional tennis tour. Candidate must be proficient in creative design work and relevant software so as to assist various business units with their needs, i.e. sales deck templates, ticket brochure, volunteer application, special event ticket brochures, post event summaries, survey reporting to name some
