Description: I’m looking for a social media manager who can take over posting, engagement, and monetization for my sneaker-focused brand, SneakrTweakr (159K+ on TikTok, 51K on Instagram, 21K on YouTube). I’ve built a strong following but need help turning it into consistent revenue. Responsibilities: • Manage and schedule posts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube • Increase monetization through affiliate marketing, sponsorships, and ad revenue • Secure and negotiate brand deals and collaborations • Grow engagement and build an active community • Analyze data to improve reach and conversion rates Requirements: • Proven experience growing and monetizing social media accounts • Experience with affiliate marketing, brand partnerships, and ad revenue strategies • Strong understanding of sneaker culture, sports, and streetwear trends • Ability to create engaging content and optimize post performance • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred): • Familiarity with Patreon, Discord, or community monetization • Previous experience working with influencers in sneaker, sports, or fashion niches Compensation: • Open to monthly retainer, commission-based pay, or revenue sharing based on performance
