Our team produces high-quality video content (interviews, podcasts, and marketing videos), and we need a skilled editor who can transform raw recordings into polished, professional content optimized for YouTube, social media, and other platforms. Responsibilities: Edit video and audio recordings from Riverside.fm, ensuring high production quality Sync multi-track audio and video for seamless playback Cut and trim videos while maintaining engaging storytelling and pacing Improve sound quality, remove background noise, and balance audio levels Add branded intros, outros, captions, and lower thirds Format and export videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Collaborate with our team to ensure video content aligns with our brand and messaging Manage video file organization and storage Requirements: Proven experience editing videos from Riverside.fm Experience with audio enhancement tools like Adobe Audition or Descript Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and engagement Ability to add graphics, animations, and captions Knowledge of different aspect ratios and formats for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred): Experience with AI-powered video editing tools Knowledge of YouTube SEO and best practices for video thumbnails Familiarity with social media video trends
