Outbound Caller for Promotion Campaign - Speech Pathology Background Preferred
We are seeking a personable and articulate individual to reach out to users regarding a special promotion. The ideal candidate will preferably have experience or a background in speech-language pathology (SLP), as effective communication is key in this role. You will be responsible for making calls, explaining the promotion, and answering any questions users may have. If you have a friendly demeanor and excellent verbal skills, we want to hear from you! Task: You would call users who gave us their mobile phone numbers and remind them about our promotion (and tell them they received either a text message or an email a few days ago and can follow the link there). Additional task: After each call, write a summary, in the document provided, about what the user said (for example: they didn’t receive an email or text message, they forgot about the promotion, it is not a good promotion for them, they don’t trust the link in the text message, etc.). Any feedback they provide is vital to us!
