Job Title: Virtual Assistant / Cold Caller for Construction Lead Generation (Property Management Focus) Description: Skyline is a growing construction company focused on residential projects and working with property management companies. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant or Cold Caller to help us generate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up with property management companies in New York and New Jersey. Responsibilities: • Research property management companies in specific regions • Make cold calls and send outreach emails • Follow up with leads and schedule meetings • Maintain and update lead tracker • Create a simple report of weekly progress Requirements: • Strong English communication (spoken and written) • Experience with cold calling, lead generation, or real estate/construction outreach • Comfortable using Google Sheets, email tools • Self-motivated and organized Preferred but not required: • Prior experience working with construction or real estate businesses
