Experienced Virtual Assistant
Hey there! I’m the CEO of a financial services business that helps women entrepreneurs (especially in the beauty industry) get their finances in order, reduce tax stress, and build profitable businesses. I’m looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me get more organized behind the scenes. I do not have the time to train from scratch — I need someone who can jump in and help me clean up, streamline, and manage systems and tasks. If you’re tech-savvy, organized, and already experienced in working with service-based businesses — I want to hear from you! ⸻ What You’ll Help Me With: • Organizing and streamlining day-to-day operations and client workflows • Managing systems like Wix, Dubsado, Flodesk, and Calendly, GHL • Setting up and updating digital products or courses on Gumroad or my Wix store • Helping with simple funnel setup (landing pages, forms, automations) • Keeping track of lead generation activity and performance • Uploading email newsletters and light formatting tasks • Supporting with ongoing organization projects, reminders, and light admin ⸻ Must-Haves: • At least 2 years of VA experience (please do not apply if you’re brand new) • Strong working knowledge of Wix, Dubsado, Flodesk, Calendly, and GHL • You’re confident with basic funnel or automation tools • You can take direction once and run with it • Excellent communication and solid written English • Organized, proactive, and a quick problem solver ⸻ Nice-to-Haves (Not Required): • Experience working with financial service providers or online coaches • Light Canva or graphic editing skills • Familiarity with quiz or assessment funnels ⸻ Project Scope: • Starting with 5–10 hours/week • Ongoing work if it’s a great fit • Please include your hourly rate, a short intro, and examples of past work or systems you’ve helped manage Thanks, and I’m excited to find the right support to help me run this business more smoothly!
