We are seeking a seasoned Executive Coach to lead a full-day (9am-4pm) in-person executive retreat for a marketing agency at the end of April 2025. The retreat will be focused on leadership development, strategic thinking, and team dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coaching executives and facilitating transformative workshops. The retreat will include 14 participants and its aims is to enhance their leadership skills, foster collaboration across departments, and develop strategic thinking.
