Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Remote (California-based preferred) Compensation: $15–$30/hour (based on experience) Hours: 10–20 hours per week (flexible schedule) About Transform Energy Asset Management Transform Energy Asset Management is a fast-growing solar and battery asset management company focused on supporting commercial-scale clients across California. We manage distributed energy portfolios to maximize system performance, financial returns, and operational transparency. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Assistant to support our executive leadership in orchestrating key administrative workflows. This part-time role is critical in maintaining seamless client communications, internal coordination, scheduling, and database organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a client-facing capacity within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the administrative point of contact for internal and external communications • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination between clients, vendors, and internal team members • Assist with customer billing workflows, including invoice preparation, tracking, and client follow-up • Maintain organized records and digital filing systems in our company database • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for clients and vendors • Prepare client communications, summaries, and follow-ups as needed • Ensure smooth operation of recurring administrative processes and identify opportunities for improvement Qualifications • Proven experience in administrative support roles (3+ years preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), SharePoint, Asana, and Slack • Comfortable in a client-facing role and professional in communication • Experience in the energy, sustainability, or professional services sector is a plus Additional Information • The role is remote and flexible, though occasional synchronous meetings may be required during business hours (Pacific Time) • This is a contract position with potential for growth based on performance and company expansion
