About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freelance Virtual Assistant to support a licensed real estate agent and short-term rental (Airbnb) owner. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Guest Communication: Respond promptly to Airbnb guests, manage inquiries, and coordinate bookings. Booking Management: Ensure calendar accuracy, track reservations, and prevent scheduling conflicts. Client Organization: Maintain records for new real estate clients, organize contacts, and ensure seamless follow-ups. Form Creation & Documentation: Build out forms and templates as needed for both real estate and short-term rental processes. Calls & Emails: Make calls to vendors, potential leads, and coordinate follow-ups via email. Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, track deadlines, and send reminders. Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, research, and additional tasks to enhance efficiency.
