Estate Planning Assistant– Data Gathering & Document Preparation. Must speak spanish

I am seeking a detail-oriented and organized assistant to help my mom gather data, and important documents and prepare a file of documents for my mother’s estate planning. This project involves organizing sensitive personal information and assisting with compiling an organized document file so she can submit to her legal professionals. Key Responsibilities: Collect relevant documents from various sources, including financial accounts, legal documents, and property records. Organize and categorize estate-related materials into a structured file system via google drive. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion. The individual must speak Spanish and be somewhat versed into the estate planning real so he/she understands how to approach this project. The project will be kicked off with a meeting between us three (virtually) freelancer/mom and I .
