The ideal candidate will assist with follow-up calls and various administrative duties to help keep our office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Conduct follow-up calls with clients and vendors. Assist with office administration tasks such as scanning and filing paperwork. Reach out to vendors for various needs and inquiries. Enter expenses into our system and ensure accurate record-keeping. Update and manage tickets for ongoing projects. Schedule events and appointments based on customer requests. Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have impeccable over-the-phone communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
