Map out all related processes and workflows for service scheduling and oversight. 4. Conduct daily 1-hour meetings with team members to gather process details. 5. Organize information into a user-friendly and structured position handbook. Requirements: 1. Experience in operations documentation, SOP development, or process writing. 2. Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, actionable steps. 3. Strong attention to detail in both writing and visual documentation. 4. Familiarity with facility maintenance or service coordination is a plus. 5. Proficiency in creating visuals/screenshots (e.g., using Snagit, MS Word, Google Docs). 6. Strong communication and interviewing skills for extracting process details. Deliverables: 1. A fully developed Service Coordinator Position Handbook, including: 2.
