Job Title: Job Search Assistant – Apply & Track Job Applications for Me Job Description: I’m looking for a proactive and detail-oriented job search assistant to help me find and apply for relevant job opportunities. Your role will involve researching job listings, compiling a list of opportunities, and submitting them on my behalf. We’ll develop a workflow together, but I’d prefer if you already have a system in place for managing job applications effectively. Interested Jobs: I’m in the digital marketing space and looking for a remote job in the space I’m open to several specific roles such as paid ads, social media marketing, marketing manger, etc. This is a remote, part-time role with a $500/month budget for the first month, with the possibility of ongoing work if the partnership is effective. Responsibilities: • Search for relevant job opportunities based on my criteria (I will provide details). • Compile job listings into a structured tracking system (spreadsheet, Notion, Trello, or a system you prefer). • Submit applications. • Customize cover letters and resumes as needed (only for select/important jobs). • Keep track of applications, follow-ups, and responses. • Notify me of interview requests and important updates. • (Optional) Optimize my LinkedIn or resume to improve application success. Requirements: • Experience in job search assistance, recruiting, or a similar field. • Strong research and organizational skills. • Familiarity with job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.). • Ability to customize cover letters and applications. • Reliable communication and updates. • Located in or available during U.S. time zones. Budget & Duration: • $500 for the first month (paid through Upwork). • Potential for ongoing work if the results are good.
