Detail-Oriented Executive Assistant with Accounting Experience

We are seeking a driven, meticulous Executive Assistant and financial operations professional to support our fast-growing company. Over the past year, we’ve experienced significant growth, with more expansion planned for 2025. Our CEO, who has prior experience working with an Executive Assistant, is looking for a capable professional to help manage increasing demands and streamline operations and communication. The ideal candidate has a background in operations and administration, with experience in financial functions such as accounting in QBO, payroll, A/R, A/P, and basic financial reporting. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, planning travel, preparing for and following up on meetings/commitments (action items), and assisting with financial record-keeping and reporting. We value system-builders—team members who create processes to improve efficiency. A problem-solving mindset (e.g., Jobs-to-be-Done framework), strong critical thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential. This role is critical in keeping the CEO and leadership team organized and focused during our next stage of growth.
