Description: We are conducting a research study to understand how gig workers evaluate different types of work contracts and incentives. If you are currently working as a gig worker (e.g., Uber, Lyft, TaskRabbit, Amazon Flex), we invite you to participate in this study. Your insights will help improve work opportunities and incentive structures in the gig economy. Eligibility Criteria: • Must be at least 18 years old • Must be an active gig worker using a digital platform (e.g., rideshare, delivery, freelance task-based work) • Must reside in the United States • Must be fluent in English • Must have at least one month of experience in gig work What You’ll Do: • Participate in a 30-minute interview about your gig work experiences and preferences.
