Volume estimation for iOS application

We run an AI calorie tracking app, and we want to integrate the iOS depth (LIDAR) sensor into the app for more accurate image to calorie estimation. We are looking for a Swift and data expert who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty setting up plates of food and attempting to get the model as close as possible to the true value.
