Google Workspace Admin

I have a google workspace account with 3 licenses attached. One of which needs to be a shared inbox. The main agency Gmail account is @gmail.com instead of my domain. I would love to change that if at all possible to my domain account. I also am looking to create a landing page for agents to access that will included information needed as well as links for easy access.
