Customer Service Specialist – Kitchen Organization & Design Support

About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries about custom kitchen drawer organizers. You’ll need to be confident in reading tape measurements, understanding basic kitchen organization needs, and reviewing 3D design plans. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and inquiries. • Assist customers in understanding kitchen organization options and provide recommendations when needed. • Confirm and interpret customer-provided measurements using tape measure conventions (e.g., inches, fractions). • Review and explain 3D design plans to customers, making sure they align with their storage needs. • Ensure clear and friendly communication throughout the order and customization process. • Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer specifications are met accurately. Requirements: • Strong written communication skills and a friendly, professional tone. • Experience in customer service, preferably in a home goods, furniture, or design-related field. • Basic understanding of kitchen organization concepts and storage needs. • Ability to confidently read and interpret tape measures (e.g., 16ths of an inch). • Comfortable reviewing 3D design plans or CAD drawings (training can be provided). • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with access to online tools and resources. Nice to Have: • Background in interior design, kitchen design, or woodworking. • Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms.
