Location: US East Coast (MA preferable) Job Type: Part-time/Contract-to-hire Experience Level: Entry Level About Us: Our start-up empowers patients and caregivers to access personalized and trusted medicine practitioner. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help us maintain the accuracy and quality of our customer database. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to customers to verify and update contact information • Confirm details such as name, address, email, phone number, and other relevant data • Accurately input and update customer information into our internal database • Flag discrepancies and escalate any issues to the supervisor • Maintain professionalism and customer service standards on all calls Requirements: • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written • Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with customers • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Prior customer service or call experience is a plus but not required • Use Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) to manage records, reports, and communications • Optional: Accurately input and update customer information into our internal database using CRM Perks: • Flexible working hours • Opportunity to grow within a supportive team • CRM Training provided for the right candidate
