Paralegal / Law Student needed for short term organization project. Need: help organize and document a few terms within approximately 45 franchise agreements into Excel. Items to include: • Date to open location(s) • Organizing and separating territory location clauses into an easy-to-review separate document (Excel). Estimated time of work needed: 8-10 hours. Ideally would like to be able to have the same individual, update newly added agreements quarterly into spreadsheet. Timeframe: within the next 30 days. How to get started: once awarded project, 30 minutes Zoom conference call to review the project goals and needs.
