As the Real Estate Acquisition Director, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing real estate deals using creative finance strategies such as seller carry back and seller financing. You will manage the entire acquisition process, from initial lead generation through deal closure. Additionally, you will leverage CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel, to manage and track leads, follow-ups, and transactions.
