SUPERSTAR Personal Injury Lead Screener - Remote Telephone Work
I am looking for a SUPERSTAR lead screener to join my established and successful injury law team. I am getting a lot of people responding to my ads for personal injury lawyer. Too many for me and my in house staff to call and do our regular work. From my new ad source, we are getting, about 5-10 extra leads per day. I need a super charming great communicator to join the team on a part time basis M-F for 2 to four hours per day or so to follow a process. 1. Check for leads (via email). 2. Add to spreadsheet. 3. Call the leads. (I have a script). 4. Email the leads. (I have a script). 5. Follow up 3x and if cannot reach, mark 'dead lead'. 6. If good lead, try to get them signed up or refer to my in house team. (I have simple list to knwo if it is a case or not). This must be done AGGRESSIVELY and every day. The goal is to sign up more injury cases for my law firm. Coffee is for closers, as they say. If it works out, can give more hours. Could become permanent job. Must have PERFECT ENGLISH, excellent phone skills, compassion for people who need help, and must be loyal and dependable. Hours must be 9 am to 11 am Central Time so we have communication overlap. You must have a good computer, stable internet, good microphone/headset. (Many people just use ear buds).
