Outreach Coordinator for Luxury Pop-Up & Location Expansion – Remote, Flexible, High-Energy Role

We’re a luxury beauty brand on a mission to expand into top-tier hotels, high-end residences, and upscale developments through both pop-up activations and long-term standalone setups. We’re looking for an energized, professional, and relationship-driven Outreach Coordinator to help open doors in Nashville, Tampa, Miami, and Austin. This is a remote, part-time opportunity for someone who communicates with polish, follows up like a pro, and thrives on being part of something exciting in the luxury space. What You’ll Be Doing: Working from curated contact lists of luxury hotels and residential buildings Sending pre-written email outreach and following up via phone Building rapport with concierge teams, leasing managers, and front desk employees to reach key decision-makers Scheduling and coordinating qualified intro meetings (our founder takes over from there) Meticulously documenting all outreach, responses, and lead activity Attending a weekly check-in with the founder to review performance, strategy, and next steps What We’re Looking For: Strong communicator – warm, professional, and never pushy Highly organized – excellent at documenting outreach and showing clear progress Self-starter – brings energy and drive without needing to be micromanaged Comfortable with direct feedback and able to pivot when needed Available up to 10 hours/week, based on activity level and lead volume Understands that this is a week-to-week role — performance and progress will determine continuation
