DM Setter for Instagram & TikTok (Fitness Coaching Business) Description: We are seeking a skilled DM Setter to manage Instagram and TikTok direct messages for our rapidly growing fitness coaching business. Your role will involve starting conversations with potential clients, nurturing leads, and guiding qualified prospects to book a call or purchase a product. This position is part time to start to expand to full time as need grows. Someone in the Leander, TX area is preferred. Responsibilities: -Send personalized DMs following our proven conversation framework. -Engage warmly with potential clients, building trust and offering helpful advice. -Track conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in our CRM. -Collaborate with our content team to align outreach with campaigns. Requirements: -Experience in DM sales, ideally in the fitness or wellness industry. -Strong written communication skills with a positive, encouraging tone. -Proven success in guiding leads to sales conversions. Compensation: -Commission - 10-15% of sales directly attributed to your efforts. -Bonuses available for exceeding conversion goals. -Anticipated monthly income range: $2,000-$5,000 This is a 1099 Contractor position.
