Email Design System, Templates & HTML/CSS

To create visually appealing, highly engaging, and brand-aligned email templates for various use cases, optimized for dark and light modes, with modular components for flexibility and future scalability. These templates will be coded from scratch based on provided Figma assets and integrated into HubSpot and Braze platforms. We are looking to have these done by end of March- Mid April. with priority being on implementation of design system and modular components in hubspot and braze. Project Deliverables Email Templates in Braze and Hubspot: Welcome Series: Create engaging emails to introduce new users to our brand. Onboarding Re-engagement Emails: Design emails to encourage re-engagement with users during onboarding. Auto-Responder Emails: Templates for responses to digital download requests. Missed Appointment Emails: Communicate missed appointments professionally and clearly. Reschedule Appointment Emails: Provide users with an easy way to reschedule their appointments. Newsletter Template: A reusable, fun, and brand-aligned newsletter template. Event Invitations: We host monthly live webinars and would like an email that works for b2b and one more for a d2c audience Modular Components: Content blocks (text + image layouts). Buttons for clear and accessible CTAs. Header and footer modules. Testimonial carousel module. Optimization for Engagement: Ensure templates are responsive and display seamlessly across devices and email clients. Implement compatibility for both dark and light modes. Reflect the brand’s personality by making emails fun, approachable, and aligned with the new brand guidelines. Platform Integration: Code key email campaigns and set up templates in HubSpot and Braze. Update global settings to reflect the brand’s new colors, fonts, and design elements. Provide recommendations and implement best practices for optimizing templates for both platforms. Documentation: Create guidelines for using and customizing templates. Provide documentation on reusability of modules for future emails. Requirements & Resources Assets: Figma files of the email designs will be provided. Brand Guidelines will be provided Access to Canva account will be provided if needed. Collaboration: The designer will collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager. Weekly check-ins to ensure alignment and progress tracking. Connect via slack for quick asks or opinions. Testing: Test templates across major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) and devices to ensure compatibility and responsiveness. Ensure emails are optimized for accessibility, including dark and light mode.
