This business lacks good, quality leads. We are looking for help generating quality leads for our building maintenance service business in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role will require Google searching and cold calling prospects on our behalf. I will provide an Intermedia Unite account login with our company phone number for outgoing and incoming calls. Our business specializes in commercial property maintenance such as Janitorial and specialty services for businesses that seek high quality care for their property. We also have a presence in extreme cleaning market (hoarder and crime scene cleaning). This job requires the ability to search out realistic leads for the business and vetting the leads by contacting and scheduling a call with our sales team. It does not require closing deals, but requires generating solid leads that we turn into sales.
