Freelance Handbag Concept Illustrator / Designer
We’re looking for a talented freelance handbag concept illustrator or designer to help bring a potential new handbag line to life. This is an early-stage, exploratory project — a passion project that my wife has been dreaming about, and we’re just beginning to see what it might look like in reality. At this point, we’re not sure where it will lead, so we're looking for someone who’s open to helping us test the waters creatively without any long-term commitment (yet!). To start, we’re focused on just one handbag design. We’re looking to go from initial ideas to a professional sketch that captures the vision clearly — something polished enough to potentially share with a factory or sample maker. If that goes well, there's a strong possibility the scope will expand to include more designs. We need someone who can take inspiration images, rough verbal descriptions, or references over a call and turn those into clean, professional-looking concept sketches. These sketches don’t need to be fully spec’d out for production, but they should be refined and thoughtfully presented.
