Children’s Book Illustrator Needed
I’m looking for an illustrator to bring my 32-page children’s book to life with warm, expressive, and vibrant illustrations that celebrate love, family, and identity. Project Details: • Illustration Style: Warm, textured, expressive characters, with rich colors and cultural details. I am open to new ideas however I am interested in realistic/digital art. • Illustrations Needed: • 14 full-page spreads • 4 spot illustrations • Front and back cover design • Characters: • Justice (young Black girl) • Amari (young Black boy) • Mama Y and Mama T (their two moms) • Classmates and teacher (diverse group of children and adults) • Backgrounds: Cozy home, lively schoolyard, colorful classroom. Requirements: • Experience illustrating diverse characters and children’s books. • Ability to create engaging, dynamic scenes that capture movement and emotion. • Final artwork delivered in high-resolution digital format (PSD, AI, or PNG).
