Experienced Trademark Attorney for Shopify Brand Filings
We are a fast-growing eCommerce company managing a large portfolio of Shopify brands. We're looking for a licensed trademark attorney to handle trademark filings for our brand names in the U.S. and potentially internationally. Our needs are ongoing—we regularly launch new brands and want to establish a long-term relationship with a legal partner who can efficiently and accurately manage our trademark filings at volume-friendly rates. What We're Looking For: Licensed U.S. trademark attorney (required) Experience filing trademarks for eCommerce or DTC brands Familiarity with USPTO filing process and requirements Ability to handle filings for multiple brands on an ongoing basis Excellent communication and responsiveness Competitive, volume-based pricing structure Scope of Work: Trademark availability searches Filing trademark applications with the USPTO (standard and TEAS Plus) Responding to non-substantive Office Actions (if included in fee) Monitoring status and assisting with follow-ups if needed Optional: International trademark filing experience is a plus Please provide your rate per trademark
