This role is crucial in managing projects efficiently, ensuring clear communication between our internal team and clients, and delivering high-quality digital products on time. Key Responsibilities: -- Manage and coordinate multiple web development and eCommerce projects. -- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction. -- Bridge communication between the US team and our development team in India, ensuring clarity in expectations and deliverables. -- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and scope, using JIRA for task tracking and Slack for communication. -- Collaborate with developers to translate client needs into technical requirements. -- Identify and resolve project risks, keeping development on track. -- Ensure high-quality standards in all deliverables and deployments.
