We are a tech company looking for a Solutions Architect / Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for our clients and prospects. Key Responsibilities: -Act as the day-to-day technical contact for client accounts. -Conduct discovery sessions to assess business needs and recommend scalable solutions. -Provide recommendations related to Shopify, WordPress, ERPs, API integrations, software development and AI-driven solutions. -Evaluate current tech stacks, propose automation and system integrations, and oversee execution. -Collaborate with development teams on custom API development and middleware solutions. -Identify upsell opportunities for additional features, automation, and optimizations. -Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align strategies with evolving business needs. -Consult clients on the practical use of AI and automation to drive efficiency, improve customer experience, and streamline operations. Requirements: -8+ years in a client-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar). -5+ years of experience understanding and advising on AI technologies, their business impact, and how to accelerate outcomes through automation. -Experience with ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce), eCommerce (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), and CMS (WordPress, Headless CMS). -Strong ability to assess, recommend, and new software and system integrations. -Excellent communication skills, translating technical concepts into business impact. -Proven ability to manage multiple clients and drive technical project success.
