Architect or Draftsman to draw house plan and 3D model
I started with an inspiration house on Houzz and drew a floor plan to roughly match its lines in home designer suite 2025. The 3D view is not exactly what I want. It is just the best I could do with my skills/software. I would like help refining this design, getting an accurate 3D picture of the finished product, and drafting plans to give to builders (framing, plumbing, lighting, etc). I'm definitely open to suggestions on how to make the plan better and if the outside proportions look good or need adjusting. Let me know your thoughts and what kind of 3D work you do.
