CAD Designer & Architect Wanted for Site Plan Creation & Revisions
I am on the Construction & Development team at a Shopping Center developer. We have over 100 shopping centers in our portfolio, and are constantly working on either new ground up developments, or existing remodels. We are looking for someone with extensive CAD/AUTO CAD and architecture/design experience who can build a working relationship with us. Our main need is both creating new shopping center site plans from scratch. Sometimes this will be in CAD, and other times it will be a handsketch / high level drawing. Additionally we will need someone who can revise and change existing site plans/layouts in CAD. This we often need weekly, and could be a regular and ongoing source of income for you.
