Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team in day-to-day operations. This role focuses on managing and troubleshooting the Salesforce CPQ system, assisting with the creation and resolution of quotes, and handling light reporting tasks. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce CPQ Management: Support the sales team in creating and troubleshooting quotes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process. Quote Creation and Issue Resolution: Assist sales reps with the generation of accurate and timely quotes for customers, including managing approvals, discounts, and terms. Resolve issues with quotes, proposals, and pricing discrepancies, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary. Provide training and guidance on best practices for quote generation within Salesforce CPQ. Sales Support & Process Improvement: Offer day-to-day support to the sales team, addressing any queries related to quoting, pricing, and Salesforce CPQ functionality. Assist with the development and improvement of sales processes, working closely with sales leaders to optimize workflow and efficiency. Reporting and Analysis: Run and analyze basic sales reports to provide insights on sales performance, quote accuracy, and pipeline health. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. Assist in ad-hoc reporting requests as needed by sales and leadership teams. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any system-related issues.
