My name is Regina Harris, and I work for the North Texas Small Business Development Center in Dallas, TX. We are seeking a part-time Community Engagement Specialist for a contract position from April 31 to December 31, 2025. The role requires no more than 20 hours per week. Community Engagement for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Program Duration: April 31, 2025 - December 31, 2025 Responsibilities: • Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for SBDC programming, highlighting the program's expansive 49-county market and educating the public about the programs and services offered by the North Texas SBDC. • Event Participation: Attend and participate in events to represent the SBDC, speak about its services, and connect with the community. • Partnership Building: Leverage contacts to build local partnerships. • Educational Support: Support educational initiatives by providing business intelligence on resource partner programs. • Community Involvement: Participate in community activities and panels on behalf of the North Texas SBDC Network.
