Who You Are A customer service professional with at least 2-3 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or account management. Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems, live chat software, and email communication tools. Ideally, familiar with the firearms industry or willing to learn about firearms safety and training requirements. A proactive problem solver who can handle inquiries professionally, qualify leads, and manage client expectations.
